Hoe doe je dat?
Eigenlijk is het heel simpel. Knip uit een stuk organza 5 circels van verschillende maten. Smelt de randen van de circels boven de vlam van een kaars. Nee, de organza hoeft niet in de vlam. De warmte is genoeg, dus hou het gerust een stuk hoger. Wel zo veilig. De organza zal in de richting van de vlam krullen. Dus als je je circel plat boven de vlam houdt en je zorgt dat de hele rand even iets van de warmte gevoeld heeft, zal je zien dat de hele rand leuk opkrult. Doe dit met alle 5 circels. Naai vervolgens de cirels op elkaar. Naai daar een kraal of knoop op vast et voila! Je zelf gemaakte bloem en hij ziet er nog chique uit ook!

Organza koop je gewoon bij de stoffenzaak. Dat gaat per strekkende meter, net als katoen en alle andere geweldige stoffen die je daar kunt kopen. Meestal is minder dan een meter ook mogelijk hoor, want een meter is wel heel veel voor alleen bloemen. Voor de prijs hoef je het niet te laten, want 3 euro per meter is eigenlijk al behoorlijk duur. Op de markt heb je grote kans dat je een stuk minder betaalt!
